HI Flow Fitness was founded by Evan Strong with the intent to provide individuals the necessary resources, knowledge, and structure to become the strongest version oneself.

Evan Strong Bio

For years Evan worked in healthcare and that’s where his true passion for helping people was ignited. While he loves working in healthcare he was always disappointed with the lack of preventive care. He figured he would take matters into his own hands thus sparking the idea that is now HI Flow Fitness.
Prior to his time in health care Evan graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. With this came extensive understanding of exercise form and programming. To further his knowledge Evan also became a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.
Fitness and teaching have always been areas that peaked Evan’s interest. Personal training allows him to turn those into a fulfilling career. He is an individual that loves connecting with others and creating environments that not only are inviting, but promote his clients own personal successes. He is relentless in his chase to make fitness flow effortlessly into your day.

I am currently in Waialua and will be servicing the North Shore area. If you live outside this area please feel free to call and we maybe able discuss other options. I will be taking bookings from March 2023.
